Mortar covered with a sancai glazed paste.
= Pair of large Taoist Monks in sancai-colored glazed sandstone.
Traditional clothes and headdresses.
One carries an incense burner, the other a scholar's scroll.
Both pieces were worked in high relief and were
probably part of a temple ornamentation.
A missing finger on one of the two monks, probably to desecrate the statue
