Rare terracotta stele or brick representing a Buddha surrounded by two disciples in a niche. The Buddha is seated on a double lotus flower throne. On each side, a disciple stands. The color of the earth is typical of the dynasty. Very good state. Mounted on base. Thermoluminescence test. Dimensions excluding base: Height: 24 cm; width 14.5 cm. Origin: China. Period: Sui Dynasty (581 - 618). Condition: Very good condition. Provenance: Collection of a Belgian enthusiast.
